50007 was renamed ‘Sir Edward Elgar’ and repainted into lined Brunswick green livery to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Great Western Railway (GWR) in early 1984 and is seen at Birmingham New Street on Saturday 11-01-1986 departing with the 1130 to Penzance.
